Narang Marriege Beuro

We are located in Shalimar Village at Gali No 3, house number 3, just off the Shalimar Bagh Main Road. It is a quiet residential pocket but the main road is always buzzing with activity. Our office is just a simple room on the ground floor. We have a few old sofas where families can sit and talk comfortably. There are bookshelves filled with folders and registers that contain all the information we have gathered over the years. We don't use much technology here, mostly just pen and paper and a basic phone. It is a very personal way of doing things. We spend our time listening to what people are looking for and trying to find a good match from our files. It is not a fast process, and we don't pretend it is. Sometimes it takes a lot of meetings before anything happens. The street outside is narrow and sometimes the local cows block the way, which is just part of living in the village. We have a small window that looks out onto the alley. Most of our visitors come through recommendations from their friends or neighbors. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the local families well. It is a modest place where we try to help out the community in our own small way. We don't change much and people like that. We just open the door every day.
