Nand Kishor Singh

I am Nand Kishor Singh and my place is right on Tis Hazari Main Road 72 A. If you know the area, you know how hectic it gets with all the people and the traffic moving toward the courts. My office is tucked away right there, and I’ve been sitting in this same spot for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but I never seem to find the time to get it done. There is always someone coming in with a question or a document that needs looking at. I don’t have a big staff or anything like that, just me and a helper who knows where everything is kept. We keep the fans running all day to deal with the Delhi heat. It gets pretty dusty with the main road being so close, so we are always wiping down the tables. I like being in the center of things though. You get to see all sorts of people walking by. I don't believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. We just do the work as it comes and try to stay organized, even if the piles of folders say otherwise. It's a simple setup at 72 A, nothing more and nothing less. Most people just drop by without an appointment and we find a way to talk to them. It is just a regular office for regular people.
