N J Grover Company

N J Grover Company is based out of Kalkaji Extension, specifically at 59 10. We’ve been in this part of Delhi long enough to know all the shortcuts and where to get the best lunch. The office is tucked away a bit, so it’s not like we get a huge amount of random foot traffic, which is actually kind of nice. It lets us focus on the tasks at hand without too many distractions. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of old folders that we probably should have archived years ago. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our job right and keep things moving. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s home to us. Working in Kalkaji has its own rhythm. The mornings are usually the busiest when everyone is trying to get started at once. We drink a lot of tea and chat about whatever was on the news that morning. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business and how we work best. There’s no big hierarchy here, just people helping out where they can. If you ever find yourself near the extension, you’ll see our sign. It’s been there for years and it’s a bit faded now, but it still does the job of letting people know we’re here. We just take it one day at a time.
