Kanha Furniture Decorator

Down here on Firni Road in Mundka, the sound of sawing wood is pretty much the background music of our lives. Kanha Furniture Decorator has been sitting in this spot for a long time. When you walk inside, there is usually sawdust on the floor and pieces of timber leaning against the walls. We make all sorts of things like beds, wardrobes, and those little stools people like for their kitchens. It is a messy job, but we like working with our hands. Sometimes a customer comes in with a rough drawing on a piece of paper, and we try to figure out how to make it real. Mundka is a busy area with lots of workshops, but we just focus on what is on our own workbench. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights. Most of our work happens right there in the back where the tools are. Every piece of wood is different, so you have to pay attention or you will mess it up. We have learned over the years which wood holds up and which ones are just for show. It is steady work, and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. People around here know where we are if they need a door fixed or a new table made. It is just us, some glue, and a lot of patience.
