M.S. Handicraft

M.S. Handicraft is situated at 1808/A in the Turakman Gate area. We are right in the middle of the Main Bazar, so you can imagine how crowded it gets around here most days. There are people, rickshaws, and handcarts everywhere you look. Our shop is packed with different items we have gathered or made ourselves over the years. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a few customers come in at once. We do not have a big fancy showroom with bright lights and mirrors. It is more of a traditional setup where things are stacked up on wooden shelves and in the corners. We have been in this part of Turakman Gate for many years now. My family has always been involved in the bazar life around here. It is a lot of work keeping everything dusted and organized in such a busy and dusty part of the city. We spend our days talking to people and showing them the different pieces we have in stock. Sometimes we just sit on the small stools outside the door when it is quiet and watch the world go by in the Main Bazar. We do not use any high-tech systems for our inventory; we just know where everything is by memory mostly. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. If you come by, you might have to dodge a few scooters to get to us.
