M. P. Metal Works

At M. P. Metal Works, things are usually pretty loud. We are located at Plot No. E-19, which is also House No. 757 if you are looking at the old numbers. Being near the Sahdra Samolik Pathak in East Golkal Pur means we get plenty of people passing through. It is a workshop, so expect some dust and the sound of machines running most of the time. We aren’t really the type to wear suits or sit in air-conditioned offices. Most days involve grease, metal scraps, and just trying to get the orders finished on time. We’ve been at this spot for quite a bit. It’s a practical space. We have our tools set up just how we like them, even if it looks a bit messy to someone walking in from the street. The neighborhood is mostly other small businesses and houses, so we try to be mindful of the noise, but metal work is what it is. It’s hard work and it gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer. We just take our breaks when we can and get back to it. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just show up at the plot, open the gates, and start working until the sun goes down. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time here in Golkal Pur. It's not a lot of fun sometimes, but it gets the job done and we keep going.
