Mr Rakesh Laroiya

Rakesh Laroiya here. I am located at A 722 in Shastri Nagar, right near the petrol pump. It’s a landmark everyone knows around here, so I usually just tell people to look for that. I’ve been working from this address for a long time. It’s a practical setup. I have a room at the front that I use for my business, and the rest is just home. I don't have a big staff or a receptionist. If you call, you are talking to me. I handle the paperwork, the orders, and the complaints if there are any. Shastri Nagar is a good neighborhood, very settled. I like that I can just walk to most places I need to go. My work involves a lot of detail, so I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk under a bright lamp. It is not glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps me busy. I don't go in for fancy slogans. I just do what needs doing. Some days the petrol pump area gets really crowded with traffic, and that is when I stay inside and catch up on my filing. I try to keep my workspace organized, but it doesn't always stay that way. People usually find out about me from their friends or neighbors. I have lived here long enough that most people know my name and where to find me if they need something.
