It’s a small, dedicated group that knows how to handle the logistics. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and forms, but we know where everything is. Lunch is usually something picked up from a local stall nearby, and we eat while we work. The noise from the street is constant, but it becomes background noise after the first week. We deal with various goods, sending them to different places, and every day brings a new challenge with customs or transport. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make sure things get from point A to point B without too many issues. Sometimes there’s a delay at the port, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone. That’s just the reality of the export trade. We’re just a local company doing our bit in the city.
