Mondaine Institute

We are set up over in Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase II, at B 94. It’s an area full of factories and warehouses, so an institute might seem a bit out of place, but we’ve made it work for us. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The building is a bit older, and the stairs creak a little when you walk up to the floor. Inside, we have rooms for teaching and training. It’s a practical setup. We aren't trying to be a fancy university with a huge campus. We just want to give people some useful skills. There’s always a bit of a buzz in the hallways between classes. We have students coming from all over the city. Some take the bus, some have bikes. The classrooms have basic tables and chairs. We don't have the latest high-tech gadgets, but we have what’s needed to learn. Our staff is mostly people who have worked in their fields for years. They know the real-world side of things. We keep things pretty informal. No one wears a suit here. It’s more about getting the work done. In the afternoons, it gets a bit noisy from the industrial units nearby. You get used to the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. We have a small area where people can sit and have a break. It’s a down-to-earth place for everyone.
