If you head over to D8 in NDSE II, you’ll find Monark System Information Technology Delhi. We’re tucked away in South Extension, which is always a bit of a scramble with all the people and cars. Our workspace is filled with servers, spare parts, and plenty of wires running along the walls. It’s an IT office, so it’s never going to look like a showroom. We spend our hours fixing system errors and making sure the networks stay up for the people we assist. Sometimes it’s a simple fix, other times we’re scratching our heads for half the day. The building is a bit older, so we have to keep an eye on the power outlets. We don't have any scripted sales pitches here. When someone calls with a tech problem, we just try to figure out what’s wrong and tell them how long it might take to fix. It’s often hot in the summer, but the fans keep things moving. The team is small, just a few guys who really know their way around a circuit board. We've been in Delhi for a while and have seen the tech scene change a lot. We still prefer the hands-on approach rather than doing everything remotely. It’s more honest that way. We keep some basic stock of hardware so we don't have to send people away empty-handed. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation.
