Mindtree

We are over here at 1859 11th A Main in Jayanagar, right in the 4th T Block. It's a pretty busy part of the neighborhood with plenty of people moving around all day. Most of us here at Mindtree just show up, get our coffee, and start on whatever tasks are piled up on our desks. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for us. The building is easy to find if you know the 38th Cross area. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially in the afternoons, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time just talking through projects and trying to figure out the best way to get things done without making it too complicated. It’s mostly just a group of people who know their way around the work. We don’t really do big meetings with fancy slides or anything like that. It’s more about sitting down and looking at the screen together until we solve the problem. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab something from one of the nearby stalls, and we might eat at our desks or head out for a quick walk if it’s not too hot. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. There isn't much to say other than we are here every day doing what we do. It’s a decent place to work and we keep things pretty straightforward around the office. We try to be helpful and just get the job done.
