So, we are Milliman India Pvt Ltd, and you can find us at 29 A, DDA Flats in Shahpur Jat. It’s funny because New Delhi has all these massive office buildings, but we are right here in the heart of a busy residential and commercial mix. The area 110049 is pretty well-known for being a bit crowded but very lively. Working out of a DDA flat gives the whole day a more personal feel than being in a big skyscraper. We have our routines, like who makes the first pot of tea and where the best lunch spots are this week. The rooms in the flat are filled with our equipment and files, and sometimes it feels a little tight, but we manage just fine. There’s always something happening outside the window, people moving stuff or just going about their business. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't spend money on expensive decor or things like that. We'd rather just have good chairs and working computers. Delhi summers are tough, especially in these older buildings, but we have the AC units humming along. It’s just a regular office life for us. We come in, we do what needs to be done for Milliman, and then we fight the Delhi traffic to get home. It’s not fancy, but it’s our daily reality and it works well enough for everyone involved here.
