Midlink Edu Dev Org Pvt Ltd is tucked away on the second floor of WZ 30 in Palam Village. If you know Palam Village, you know it’s a maze of narrow streets and lots of activity. Being on the second floor helps us get a bit away from the noise on the ground. We deal with education development stuff. That mostly means a lot of planning and looking at books. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist at a big desk. It’s just a couple of rooms where we sit and talk about how to make learning a bit better. The stairs up to the office are a little steep, so we tell people to take their time. Palam is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the window. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We don’t put out big ads or try to sound like a giant university. We are just a small group of people working on educational projects. Some days are slow and some are really busy with meetings. We keep a kettle for tea and just get on with the day. It’s a very local feel here. We like being in the village because it feels real and not like some cold office park. It's just a plain office where we do our work.
