It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and cars moving around outside. Inside, it is mostly about the daily grind. We have the vehicles parked up, and there’s usually a couple of mechanics walking back and forth with tools or spare parts. People come in with all sorts of issues, or sometimes they just want to sit in a car and see how it feels. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking to folks who walk in off the street. It gets a bit hectic during the middle of the day when everyone wants their service done at once. The showroom isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to spend the evening catching up. It’s not like those big corporate glass buildings; it feels more like a local shop where everyone knows each other. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the shipments to arrive. Dealing with cars means things can get greasy, and there's always a smell of oil or tires in the air. We just try to get the jobs done so people can get back home. It's a lot of routine, but every day has something different happening.
