We’re based up in North Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office reflects that. We deal with office systems and equipment, so there’s always something being moved around. The space is filled with desks, chairs, and filing units. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We have a small team here that’s been together for a long time. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. Traffic can be a nightmare, so we try to plan our deliveries and meetings around the worst times. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just come in and handle whatever the day throws at us. Sometimes it’s a lot of phone calls, other times it’s fixing a piece of equipment that a client sent back. It’s practical work. We eat our lunch at our desks most days because there’s always something to finish. The building is an older one, so the lift is a bit slow, but we don’t mind the stairs. We aren't looking to be famous, just to keep the business running smoothly and take care of the people who buy from us. It’s a regular Delhi business, nothing more, nothing less. Most people find us by word of mouth, and that seems to work out just fine for the way we like to operate our daily schedule.
