We are running Meridian Mobile Pvt Ltd out of Flat No 924 in the Jyoti Kunj Apartments. Being in Sector 16 B of Dwarka makes it easy for people nearby to find us, though you have to come up to the ninth floor. It’s a quiet spot, not like a busy storefront on the main road. Most of our day is spent handling mobile-related tasks right from this room. We’ve got a desk piled with phones and tools, and the view from the window is mostly other apartment blocks. It’s a bit different running a business from a residential pocket like this, but it works for us. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or from neighbors in the building. Sometimes the elevator in Jyoti Kunj acts up, so we end up walking down a few flights. It’s just a simple operation. We deal with various mobile issues and try to keep things organized despite the limited space. New Delhi is always fast-paced, but inside here, it’s just us focusing on the work at hand. We don't do fancy advertising. We just handle the repairs and the sales as they come in. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we manage to get things done every day. Working from home has its challenges but we have been doing this for quite some time now. The shelves are mostly full of parts we have collected over time.
