Our place is located in Bagwan Nagar, specifically at 122, care of Mr. Y P Sharma. It’s right near the Jeevan Nursing Home in the Ashram area of New Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic near Ashram is something we deal with every single day. The office is in an older building that has a lot of character. We focus on membrane systems and water things. It’s a lot of technical talk and checking specs on paper. The room is usually a bit cluttered with folders and maybe a few spare parts sitting on the floor. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or modern art. We have a couple of desks and a very old ceiling fan that wobbles a little. Mr. Sharma has been here for a long time, so everyone around Bagwan Nagar knows where to find him. We get visitors from all over the city coming to talk about their filtration needs. Sometimes we sit out front when the weather is decent. It’s a very local feel here. We don't use much fancy technology for the office side of things, just what’s needed to keep the records straight. It’s a steady routine. We open up in the morning, handle the calls, and close when the work is finished. There is a tea stall just around the corner where we usually get our afternoon drinks while we talk about the day.
