Mckinsey Co

Our office is in Dwarka, Sector 3, at B 221 in Prodyogiki Apartments. If you know Dwarka, you know it’s full of these apartment complexes on Plot No 11 and elsewhere. We’re located in one of the older blocks. The office is just a regular apartment that we use for Mckinsey Co. It has that lived-in feel, with plenty of books and papers scattered around. We have a view of the inner courtyard from our main window, which is quite nice when the sun isn't too bright. The security at the gate is pretty strict, so guests have to sign in every time. Inside, we have a simple setup with computers and a printer that occasionally jams. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the security guards and the milkman. It’s a very practical location for us. We don’t have any modern glass partitions or expensive lighting. Instead, we have normal fans and some old tube lights. It’s a bit of a trek for anyone coming from South or East Delhi, but we like the space here. Most of our work is done quietly at our desks. We don't have a big staff, so it’s usually just a couple of us handling everything. It’s a low-key, honest place to work from every day. The atmosphere is calm, and we prefer it over the loud city centers.
