You can find us at Room No 1 in the F 123 building over in Katwaria Sarai. It’s a small space, but it’s where all the Max New York Life Insurance work for this part of New Delhi happens. Being in the Hauz Khas area means there is always something going on outside, but inside our little room, it’s mostly just the sound of the printer. It’s a practical setup. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a desk that’s usually covered in documents. People coming from the nearby university or the local shops often drop by to ask about their policy status. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. Dealing with insurance in a place like Katwaria Sarai feels very grounded. We spend a lot of time double-checking addresses and dates on forms. It’s important work, even if it looks like we’re just pushing paper. The room can get a bit warm in the summer, but we keep the door open to get a breeze. It’s a very local feel, nothing like those glass buildings you see in other parts of Delhi. We are just here to handle the daily tasks and make sure our neighbors' insurance needs are sorted out without any unnecessary drama or long waits. It's a busy little spot in a busy part of town.
