We are based in Katwariasarai, which is one of those busy, narrow-street areas of New Delhi. Our spot is at F 94, in the Krishna Murari building. It’s a bit of a squeeze getting here sometimes because the lanes are so tight, but that is just how Katwariasarai is. We do IT work and tech support for various clients. It is a small team of us sitting in a room with a bunch of computers and server racks humming in the background. We don't have a big sign outside or a polished lobby. Most people find us through our phone numbers or just by word of mouth in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or typing away at keyboards. It gets pretty warm in the summer, so the AC is always running full blast. We deal with all sorts of tech issues, and sometimes we are working late into the night when a project is due. There is a lot of tea and coffee consumed in this office to keep us going. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We just want to do good work and help people with their computer needs. You might see us standing outside the building taking a short break and watching the traffic go by.
