Our office is located at H 60 in South Ex 1, which is a pretty busy part of New Delhi. If you have ever been around here, you know how the traffic and the crowds can be. Inside our doors, it is a bit different. We focus on HR solutions, which basically means we spend a lot of time talking to people and looking at piles of resumes. We are not a corporate giant with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team trying to help businesses find the right people and vice versa. It is a lot of phone calls and a lot of emails. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, and the tea guy is usually running late, but we get the work done regardless. We do not use all those fancy HR terms that nobody understands. We just try to see if a person is a good fit for a job. It is practical, everyday work. We have been in South Ex for a while now, and we like being in the middle of everything. It makes it easier for people to come in for interviews or just to drop off their papers. We do not have a polished receptionist or a marble lobby. It is just a functional office where people work hard. We take the job seriously but we do not take ourselves too seriously. It is about being helpful and keeping things moving in the right direction for everyone involved.
