We’re based out of Flat No 69 in Sector 28, which is a fairly quiet part of No Ida. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't look like a typical office from the outside. We handle credit risk control, which mostly means staring at screens and going through numbers to make sure everything adds up correctly. The flat has a small balcony where I sometimes go to get some air, though usually, it's just to look at the traffic. We have about four desks squeezed into the main room. The wiring is a bit of a mess under the tables because we keep adding more computers and printers. There’s no big corporate logo or a fancy water cooler—we just use the filter in the kitchen. The Sector 28 neighborhood is nice because you can walk out and find a small shop for almost anything you need. We’ve been here long enough that we know the security guard at the gate and the delivery guys. It’s a simple, straightforward place to work. We don't have many visitors, which is probably good because there’s not much room to sit. It’s just us doing our thing with the credit files and making sure the reports are finished by the end of the day. It feels more like a home office than a big company, which suits us just fine. We like the quiet atmosphere here away from the main city noise.
