Mass Callnet Center

We operate out of Mauranipur in the Jhansi district. Our spot is right in the Bara Bazar area, specifically in the Amit Nagaria Sosri building. It’s a very local atmosphere here, with the market noise coming in through the windows all day long. Being a call center in a place like this means things are always a bit loud. We have rows of desks and people talking on headsets, trying to hear over the sounds of the street vendors and the traffic outside. It’s not the kind of high-tech facility you’d find in a big city, but it gets the job done for us. We deal with a lot of different calls, and sometimes the lines are clear, sometimes they aren't. We just do our best with what we have. The floors are a bit scuffed up from all the chairs moving around, and the paint is peeling in the corners. Nobody really cares about that as long as the calls are getting answered properly. We take our breaks in the little alleyway outside to get some fresh air when it gets too stuffy inside. It’s a tight-knit group because we spend so much time together in a small space. We don't have a website that looks professional or any big advertisements. We just rely on the work we do every day to keep things going in this corner of the world.
