Masco Battery

Masco Battery is located in Wazirabad K Block, over in Mangolpuri 1162. Our shop is pretty small and it is mostly filled with heavy lead batteries stacked on top of each other. The floor is made of rough cement and it is always a bit stained from the battery acid and water. We spend our days testing connections and charging up units for people who live in the neighborhood. Mangolpuri is a very busy place and the roads are often crowded, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a headache. We don't have a fancy waiting room. If you come in, you usually just stand by the counter or sit on a plastic chair while we check your battery. It is heavy work and my arms are usually tired by the end of the shift. We have a lot of old equipment that still works just fine for what we need. When the power goes out in the area, we get very busy because everyone realizes they need their backup systems checked. We don't use any slick marketing or anything. People just see the sign outside or hear about us from their neighbors. It is a bit loud and messy with the sound of the chargers humming all day long. We just try to keep things simple and help the local people get their power back on. It is just an honest living.
