Working out of M 55 Batla House in Jamia Nagar keeps us pretty busy every single day. Martech Systems Services started because there were so many people in this part of N Delhi 25 who needed their tech fixed but didn't want to go all the way to a big mall. We handle a lot of different things here. Some days it’s just fixing wires or setting up a small office network, and other days it feels like everyone’s computer broke at the exact same time. The space here isn't huge, so we have boxes of parts and cables stacked up in the corners. It can get a bit messy when we have three or four projects going at once. We aren't big on those fancy uniforms or anything. Usually, we just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The street outside is always crowded with people and rikshaws, so it’s never really quiet. We’ve been at this address for a while now and most of the shops around here know us. If something isn't working right with a system, people just drop it off and we take a look. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s just junk. It’s hard work, especially when the power goes out, but we manage to get things done for the locals and neighbors who rely on us to keep their machines running.
