Marodia Khanna Associates

Marodia Khanna Associates is situated in Mohammad Pur, specifically over at Bhikaji Cama Place. We are up on the second floor of building number 39. It is a fairly central location in Delhi, so it gets very crowded and noisy during the middle of the day. Our office is a bit old-fashioned compared to some of the newer places nearby. We have high stacks of paper on almost every desk and the wooden shelves are completely full of heavy books. It is a professional environment but it is definitely not "modern" in the way some new companies are. We have some old ceiling fans that hum quite a lot when it gets hot outside. The stairs leading up to the second floor are a bit narrow and steep, so you have to be careful when you are carrying files. We have been in this spot for quite a long time now and we know most of the other people in the building. There is a small shop downstairs that sells really good samosas and tea. Most of our day is spent reading through documents and talking quietly amongst ourselves. We don't have a flashy lobby or a receptionist sitting in a uniform. You just walk right in and find whoever you are looking for. Mohammad Pur is a busy area to navigate, but it is where we have always been. We like the familiarity of the place and the routine.
