Manvinder Singh Syali

I run my practice, Manvinder Singh Syali, out of Lajpat Nagar II at number 99. This is where I spend most of my time. It’s a converted space that serves as my office. I handle various documents and paperwork for people who live around here or come from further out. It’s a one-man show for the most part, though sometimes I have someone helping with the filing. The desk is usually covered in folders and pens. Lajpat Nagar is a busy place, but once you step inside, it’s a bit quieter. I’ve been working from this address for a long time. People know they can find me here during the day. I don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. I just do the work that comes across my desk. It might be taxes, it might be legal forms, it just depends on the day. I keep a calendar on the wall to track appointments, but sometimes people just drop in. The chairs are comfortable enough for a short wait. I try to be direct and tell people what they need to know without any fluff. It’s just how I prefer to do things. The building is old, and the stairs creak a bit, but it’s home to my work. I like the neighborhood and the people I see every day. There is a small tea shop around the corner where I go when things get too quiet.
