Our place is in Faridabad, in Jawahar Colony near NIT. We work for Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd and we are at 198 23. It’s a very local neighborhood, not a big corporate park. We handle the manpower and hiring work from here. Most of the people who work in the office live nearby. We spend the day talking to folks looking for work. It can be a lot of pressure sometimes when there are many people waiting. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just a couple of rooms with some tables and chairs. We don’t have any fancy decorations. Faridabad is an industrial area, so there is always some demand for workers. We just try to keep up with it. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after the rain when the water collects in the dips. We just come in, do our work, and head home. It is a very practical operation. We don’t have a website that we update all the time or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing where we are. It is a busy life in Jawahar Colony. We’ve been here for a long time and everyone knows the address. We just keep things moving along without much talk. It is just about getting the right people for the right jobs every single day of the week.
