Manoj Plastic

Our unit is located in Sector 3 of the Bawana Industrial Area, specifically at plot number 286. It is not the easiest place to find if you are not used to these industrial blocks, but this is where we do all our work. We focus on making plastic goods, mostly the kind of items that other businesses use for their packaging or daily needs. The shed where we work is quite big, but it always feels crowded with raw materials and finished bags piled up in the corners. The machines we use are old and they make a lot of noise throughout the day, so talking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. I spend most of my time checking the quality of what comes off the line and talking to the drivers who come to pick up the orders. We have about five or six workers who live nearby and have been working with me for a long time. The office part is just a small wooden desk near the main door where I keep the registers. It gets very hot here during the summer months, and the metal roof doesn't help much. We just focus on getting the orders finished on time so we don't fall behind. It is a lot of manual labor, moving heavy bags and loading trucks. We are not a big corporation, just a small factory trying to keep things moving. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time.
