Manisha Shah

It’s just us here at Tilak Marg 50. Manisha Shah is the name on the door and that is who you will find most days when you walk in. The building is a bit older than some of the new ones coming up nearby but it stays cool even when the sun is really hitting the pavement outside. We don’t have any fancy lobby or a person at a front desk waiting to take your coat. It is just a workspace with some desks and a lot of papers that seem to pile up no matter how much we try to file them away. Usually the fan is humming and there might be some tea sitting on a coaster. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask a quick question. We have been in this spot for a good while now and know the rhythms of the street pretty well. The morning traffic starts early and things quiet down once the sun goes lower. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. We don't spend a lot of time thinking about how things look as long as the work gets finished. If you are looking for us just find the number 50 and come on inside. There is usually someone around to help out even if we look a bit busy with the phones or the computer screens. It is just a normal day here.
