We've been over here at Vijay Blk 307 in Lakshmi Nagar for a while now. It's just a regular office space where we handle all the surveying work that comes our way. Most days it is just us looking over maps or dealing with paperwork from the field teams. It's not a fancy setup or anything. The stairs in this building can be a bit much if the lift isn't acting right, but we make it work. Manchitra Surveyors started because there was a need for people who actually know how to read the land around here. We spend a lot of time checking boundaries and making sure the measurements are exactly what they need to be. Sometimes it gets dusty and the files pile up on the desks, especially when we have three or four big projects going at once. We don't really do much advertising because people usually find us by word of mouth or just seeing the sign outside. Lakshmi Nagar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We drink a lot of tea while we argue about where a certain line should go on a drawing. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just try to get the job done so the clients can move on with their building plans or whatever else they are doing. Nothing more to it than that really.
