Manbhavan Interior

We are located over near the Mayur Vihar Extension, specifically in the Chilla Saroda village area. Finding us can be a bit of a trick if you don't know the landmarks. We tell everyone to look for Bharat Dryclean or the Upkar Apartments, as we are right across from those. Barakhamba Road goes through here and it stays pretty congested most hours of the day. Inside our space, you will mostly find samples of materials, wood offcuts, and a lot of dust from whatever project we are currently putting together. It's a working office, so things aren't always lined up perfectly on the shelves. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, but this is where we come back to do the planning and meet with folks. The village atmosphere around Chilla Saroda is quite different from the more modern parts of Delhi nearby. There are cows in the street sometimes and lots of small stalls selling snacks. It feels like a very grounded place to work. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you'll probably just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in drawings or talking on the phone with a contractor. It's a busy life, and we just take it one day at a time here near the apartments. Most of our tools stay in the back room until they are needed for a job.
