Malik Traders

We have been operating Malik Traders out of Deoli Village for a long time now. Our place is located in the Gram Market area, specifically over in NAI Basti at number 686. It is not the easiest place to find if you are not from around here because the lanes get a bit narrow and confusing. Usually, there are trucks or carts loading and unloading stuff right in front of our entrance, which makes it a bit messy. The floor is concrete and has some cracks from moving heavy crates around over the years. We keep the registers in the front where there is a little bit of light coming through the door. It gets quite warm in the summer months because the roof is low. We have a couple of guys who help with the lifting and moving of stock. Most of our day is spent checking lists and making sure the inventory matches what we have on the shelves. It is hard work and our hands are usually dirty by the end of the shift. The neighbors are mostly other traders, so we all know each other and share tea in the afternoons when things quiet down. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop where people come to do business face to face. It is a busy environment with a lot of shouting back and forth to get things done. We just focus on getting the orders right and keeping things moving.
