Mahindra Satyam

Mahindra Satyam is over at C 164 East End Apartment in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Extension. This part of New Delhi 96 is mostly residential, so it feels a lot different from the crowded business districts. We have a small flat here that we use for our work. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but the guards are friendly and know who we are. The apartment building is older, with those wide stairs that are a bit dark in the evenings. Inside, we have set up our desks and computers. It is a bit crowded when we are all in at once, but we make it work. We have a small balcony where we keep some files and old equipment. The kitchen area is tiny, so we usually just make tea and eat our lunch at our desks. Sometimes the lift stops working, which is annoying, but it’s only a few floors up. We don’t have a big sign or any bright lights. Most people wouldn't even know there is an office here if they weren't looking for it. It is a quiet place to get things finished. We don't have meetings with clients here very often. Mostly it is just us typing away. The view from the window is just other apartments and some trees. It is a very ordinary place for Mahindra Satyam to be. We just come in every day and do what needs to be done without any fancy office perks or big corporate feelings.
