We are Mahindra Consulting Ltd and we operate out of Flat No S2 on the 2nd Floor of Swathi Maheshwari. Our building is located on 6th Main Road in the Ngef Layout within the Sanjay Nagar area of Bangalore. It is a quiet residential pocket, which makes for a nice change of pace from the more hectic parts of the city. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the trees lining the street. The office itself is basically a converted flat, so it has a kitchen and a hallway, but we've filled every corner with desks and equipment. Sanjay Nagar has a very local, friendly feel to it. Most of us live close enough that the commute isn't too terrible, though Bangalore traffic always has a way of surprising you. We don't have a big corporate sign or a flashy entrance. You just come up the stairs and ring the bell at S2. We spend our hours here looking at spreadsheets and talking through project plans. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use much jargon or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just sit down, do the work, and make sure everything is in order before we lock up for the day. It’s a comfortable place to spend eight or nine hours. We like the routine and the calm atmosphere we have managed to create here.
