Magus Customer Dialogue Pvt Ltd

We are based in Shahdra, over at D 30 in the Jhilmil Colony. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our windows. At Magus Customer Dialogue Pvt Ltd, our daily routine is pretty straightforward. We come in, sit at our stations, and handle the customer work that comes our way. The Jhilmil Colony area is quite crowded, so getting to work can be a bit of a shuffle. Our office at D 30 isn't huge, but it fits us all. We’ve got a mix of older staff and some younger ones just starting out. It gets noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that is just part of the job. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or art for the walls. We just have what we need to get the work done. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just life in Delhi, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused. It’s a very normal office environment. We are just regular people doing a job in a busy neighborhood. We’ve been at this location for a good while and know the local tea stall owners pretty well. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We try to keep a positive attitude even when the phones don't stop ringing.
