Our office is located at Hno 99 Mahipalpur Rangpuri in New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Mahipalpur, you know it’s right near the airport and it’s always buzzing. The noise of the planes overhead is something you just get used to after a week or two. Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd is tucked away in this house, and it’s a pretty functional setup. We don't have a grand entrance or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and you’re pretty much in the thick of it. There are files everywhere, and the kettle is usually always on. We do a lot of consultancy work from here, mostly helping businesses figure out their personnel and management stuff. It’s a lot of grinding through details and making sure everything is in order. The neighborhood is a mix of hotels and small businesses, so there’s always a lot of movement. Sometimes the power goes out, or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but that’s just life in this part of Delhi. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. We just want to do the job we’re paid for and do it decently. The team is just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We know our way around the local issues and we just get on with things without making a fuss. It is a very practical way to work.
