Madan Sons

We are located in the Shri Ram Chand Market, which is part of the very busy Chawri Bazar. Our specific spot is C-857/15. If you’ve ever walked through Chawri Bazar, you know it’s a total maze of shops and people. Madan Sons is a small part of that. We handle paper and wedding cards, which is what this area is famous for. The shop isn’t big, so we have boxes stacked up everywhere. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people come in at once. We’ve been here for years, and the family has been running things since the beginning. We don’t do any of that fancy advertising stuff. People just come to us because they know we’ve been around. Sometimes it gets stressful during wedding season because everyone wants their cards finished at the same time. We do our best to keep up, but sometimes we have to stay late to get the printing right. The noise from the street never stops, but you get used to it after a while. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here, and we share tea in the afternoons when things quiet down for a minute. It’s a simple life, working in the market and dealing with paper and ink. We don’t have any big plans to expand. We just like being right here where the action is.
