We are over at Vardaan Apartments in Indirapuram. If you know Ghaziabad, you know Abhay Khand gets pretty busy. We've been in Module 20 for a while now. It’s just a regular office space, nothing fancy. Most mornings start with getting through the traffic near the gate and finding a spot for the scooter. The office is in Sf 62. Sometimes the elevator is slow so we just take the stairs. It’s better for the legs anyway. We handle a lot of HR paperwork and talk to people all day. It gets loud when the phones are all ringing at once. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit when things get too hectic. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoons so we keep the blinds down mostly. People come in and out for interviews or to drop off files. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desks get buried under folders. It’s just how it goes here. Indirapuram has grown so much since we first moved in. There are more shops and cars every year. We just keep doing our thing in our corner of the building. It’s a decent place to work. We know the guards at the gate and the other people in the complex. It feels like a small community even though it’s a big apartment block. We aren't looking to impress anyone with glass walls or expensive furniture. We just focus on the people who need our help with their jobs and hiring. It's a busy life.
