Our office is located in the MS Flats in Sector 13, RK Puram. If you know Delhi, you know this is a well-known area with a lot of government housing. We’re in block A 7 1. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which is nice for focusing on work. We do market development services, which basically means we help with research and figuring out how things sell. It’s a lot of data and talking to people. We aren't in a big glass building in Gurgaon; we prefer this quiet spot in South Delhi. The office feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have our files stacked up and maps on the walls. It’s a small group of us working here. We spend our days on the phone or looking at reports. RK Puram is quite green and it’s a good place to walk around during lunch. We don’t use a lot of buzzwords. We just try to understand the market and give some useful feedback. It’s a steady pace of work. Sometimes we have to travel across the city for meetings, but we’re always glad to come back to our little office. We’ve been at this for a while and we know our way around the local scene. It’s just a regular private limited company doing its thing without much fuss. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works for our small team.
