M S V V International is based in Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, right in New Delhi. Our office is in the basement or lower ground floor of Prince Plaza, which is at 252B. It’s a busy spot because the DTDC Courier and Cargo office is right there too, so there is always a lot of loading and unloading happening. We deal with international trade and cargo stuff, so our office is often a bit cramped with boxes and shipping documents. It’s not a very quiet place to work, but the energy of Sant Nagar keeps us going. We’ve been in this building for a while and we know the other people who work in Prince Plaza pretty well. Our setup is very basic—just some sturdy desks, a few computers, and a lot of shelf space for records. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values stuck on the walls. We just want to make sure the packages get to the right place and that the paperwork is all in order. It can be a bit of a headache when things get stuck in customs or the traffic in Delhi slows down our deliveries, but that’s just how this business goes. We are just a team of regular people doing the hard work behind the scenes to keep things moving across borders. It’s practical, busy, and sometimes a bit messy.
