We have been working out of this small office in Mayur Vihar Phase III for quite a while now. It is located over at 48 C Pocket A1. Things get pretty busy here daily with all the infrastructure projects we handle. It isn't a fancy place with big glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular spot where we sit and get the work done. The traffic around New Delhi is always a bit much, but we manage to get to the sites on time mostly. M S Sunnirman Infrastructure Pvtltd started because there was a lot of building happening in the city and we wanted to be part of it. Most days you will find us looking over site plans or talking to the crew on the phone. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just how construction work goes. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just focus on the actual building stuff. Our office isn't hard to find if you know the pocket area well. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We keep our files in old cabinets and the computers are always humming. It is just a group of us trying to do a decent job every day. No big speeches or fancy promises, just the usual grind of keeping projects moving. If you walk by, you will see us there.
