We are based out of Budh Vihar Phase I in Delhi, specifically at R O M 9. Air conditioning is what we deal with, and in a city like Delhi, that keeps us pretty busy, especially when the summer heat starts hitting hard. Our shop isn't anything fancy. It’s mostly filled with tools, spare parts, and units that are waiting to be looked at or sent out. We have a small crew that knows their way around these machines. We don’t have a big showroom with bright lights. Most of our day is spent either in the workshop or out at someone’s place trying to get their cooling back on. It’s a messy job sometimes, with all the dust and the heavy lifting, but it’s what we know how to do. Being in Phase I means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential streets, so we see a lot of local faces coming by with questions. We don’t do a lot of formal talk or marketing. We just tell people what’s wrong with their units and try to get it fixed. The office is usually a bit noisy with the sound of fans and people coming in and out. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things running in the neighborhood. We know the Delhi 41 area like the back of our hand, and we’ve been at this long enough that we can usually figure out a problem just by hearing how the motor is running.
