M S Psb Logistics Pvt Ltd is located at 619 Rishi Nagar in the Rani Bagh area of New Delhi. It is a very busy part of town and our office definitely reflects that energy. We are always dealing with schedules and tracking various things, so there is usually a lot of noise and phones ringing throughout the day. Rishi Nagar is a place where everyone seems to know everyone else, and we have been here long enough to feel like part of the neighborhood. The office isn't very large, but it's packed with everything we need to keep things moving along. We don't really have time for making things look pretty for photos or visitors. There are usually piles of papers and maps lying around because that is just the nature of the logistics business. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when shipments are delayed or the Delhi traffic is being particularly difficult for our drivers. We just put our heads down and get on with the work. People drop by sometimes to ask about their parcels or just to say a quick hello. It's a very down-to-earth kind of place. We don't use any fancy jargon or corporate talk; we just speak plainly about how to get things from one place to another. It’s hard work but we are used to it by now and wouldn't have it any other way.
