Our place is at P 96 in SGM Nagar, which is over in Faridabad. We deal with biotech and medicare stuff, but don't let the name make you think it's a huge laboratory. It's actually more of a practical office where we handle the business side of medical supplies. The building is just a normal one on a regular street in Haryana. Inside, it's mostly shelves of files and a couple of computers where we track our orders. We spend our days talking to suppliers and making sure our clients get what they need. It can be a bit of a headache with the logistics sometimes, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the shortcuts. SGM Nagar is a lively area, so there is always some noise from the street coming through the windows. We aren't a big multi-national company with a polished image. We are just a local business trying to make things work in the medicare field. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the paperwork is a mess, but we just sort it out and move on to the next thing. We don't have any big mission statements or promotional talk. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep our customers satisfied without making a big fuss about it. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
