Our office is based in the Kakatiya Apartments at B 6, which is in the I P Extension area of Patpar Ganj, Delhi. Even though the company name mentions Gurgaon, this is where we actually spend our days working. It’s a residential building, so the office has a bit of a homey, slightly cluttered feel to it. There are usually rolls of blueprints leaning against the walls and stacks of papers on every table. We handle a lot of project management and coordination from here. Patpar Ganj is a busy part of Delhi, and there’s always a bit of a struggle to find a good parking spot. We aren't a big, flashy corporation with a fancy office in a glass tower. We are just a group of people who know how to get things done on a construction site. Most of our day is spent on the phone or in meetings, trying to figure out why a shipment is late or how to fix a problem on-site. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just the way it is. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the neighbors all know us. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just take it one project at a time and try to keep things moving along. It is practical work for real-world projects, and we prefer staying in this local neighborhood.
