Our office for Luxor Writing Instruments Pvt Ltd is located in Bhim Colony, which is part of Sarita Vihar in Delhi. We are specifically at F 10. It’s a busy little corner of the city, and the office is right in the heart of the community. We don't have a big glass building; it’s just a regular place in the colony where we handle our business. There are always boxes of pens and markers being moved around because that’s what we do. The staff here is mostly local folks who have been with us for years. We don't really go for the polished, corporate look. Our desks are usually covered in samples and bits of paper. It’s a working office, not a museum. We spend our days coordinating with the factory and making sure the inventory is correct. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit noisy with all the traffic and people, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a receptionist to greet you, you just walk in and talk to whoever is nearest the door. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We like getting things right and making sure the orders are shipped out on time. There’s no big philosophy behind it, we just like to work hard and keep things simple. It’s a good spot in Sarita Vihar and we’re happy to be part of the local landscape here for the foreseeable future.
