We are based in the MIG Flats over in Mayapuri, New Delhi. Our specific spot is C 24 C. It is a bit of an interesting location for an airline office because Mayapuri is known for its industrial yards and busy markets, but the flats area is where we have our little setup. It is not a very large office, just a few rooms where we manage the local administrative work. The building is older, so the walls have some marks and the floors are a bit worn down from people coming in and out. We have a lot of papers and folders stacked up on the desks because there is always something to keep track of. The traffic in this part of Delhi can be quite a mess, especially in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. There is a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some air, though the view is just of the other flats and the street below. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. People usually just knock and come in. It is a very straightforward, no-nonsense kind of environment. We focus on getting the flight details and logistics sorted out without any fuss. It works for us, and we have been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. It’s just a basic workspace for a busy city.
