You can find us at Flat No 598A in Shipra Sun City, Indirapuram. It’s a big residential complex, so it’s a bit different than working in a standard office building. We deal with consultancy work, specifically the Indo-Canadian side of things. There’s a lot of paperwork involved and a lot of explaining things to people. The atmosphere in Ghaziabad is always energetic. Sometimes the traffic outside Shipra Sun City is a nightmare, but once you’re inside the flat, it’s relatively quiet. We have desks set up in the different rooms. It’s a small team here. We spend a lot of time on international calls because of the time difference with Canada. That means some of us are here at odd hours. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, one of us will just open the door. We keep it very informal. There are stacks of documents everywhere because that’s the nature of consultancy. We try to be helpful and give straight answers. We don't use big words to sound important. We just know the process and try to guide people through it. It’s a niche business, but it keeps us very busy. Most of our clients come to us because they need someone who actually knows what they’re doing with these specific regulations. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we type.
