We are located in Sector 5, specifically in Pocket 1 of the D D A Sfs Flats in Dwarka. This is New Delhi 110 075, and if you live around here, you know how these residential blocks are. Our office is tucked away in one of these flats, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff business center. We have been working out of flat 292 for quite some time. It’s a quiet area mostly, compared to the main roads of Delhi. We spend our days here among the files and folders that come with insurance work. The space is a bit tight, but we’ve arranged the tables so everyone has a spot to sit. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to ask a quick question or check on a form. Since we are in a residential pocket, we don't have a big storefront. It's just a regular door that you knock on. The light inside is a bit dim in the afternoons, so we keep the lamps on to see the paperwork. We deal with all the usual documents for Lic Of India right from this flat. It’s practical for us and easy for the people living in Dwarka to reach without having to travel into the city center. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. Just a few of us sitting at our desks, handling the daily flow of forms and local visitors who know where to find us in Sector 5.
